In case of configuration issues, reset to factory defaults can be performed by following the reset procedure.
Step 1)
Remove the rubber cover on the top of BM50, which is located above the LED lamp, as shown with the red arrow in picture.
Step 2)
Press and hold the reset button for more than 20 seconds.
Reset button is placed diagonally behind the left edge of the hole (marked with green color in the picture below). Push it gently with a thin object. Rubber cover can be used or a small screwdriver)
Once the button is pushed, the LED lamp color will go from solid blue to slowly blinking, and then to fast blinking. Once it is blinking fast, you can release the button. Once the button is released, LED will start changing the color until it turns red which is normal. This process might take a few minutes. After the led turns red, it takes a few minutes fort the device to register. Green light indicates normal operation.
Step 3)
Reinstall the rubber cover. If device doesn't come online within 15 minutes, please contact sentinel support at:
