What happens with device subscription after transfer ownership?

The subscription is bound to the Boat Monitor device, and not the user. So the

new owner will be able to use the existing subscription until it expires, after

which they will have to renew online.


Regarding history, you have the option of transferring all history (trips,

alerts, etc) to the new owner, or not. Please be aware that if you transfer the

history, you do not keep a copy of the data. If you do NOT transfer the

history, historical data remains in your account after the transfer is

completed (which you can delete if not necessary)
