The mobile application uses the language from your operating system. Currently only English and French are supported.

For iOS please see official Apple support page on how to change the language - https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204031.

To change language on Android go to Settings > System > Languages & Input > Languages (see bellow screenshots).
