1. Power supply check


Checking the power supply and installation. Observe for any anomalies on installation and/or cables.

2. Power cycle the device


Unplug the device fuse for at least 24h, so that the internal battery completely drains out. A good indication is when LEDs stop blinking. After that reconnect the device back to power and wait for half an hour to see if device connects to application. When the device reconnects it's position and data should be visible.

3. Check the flashing intervals of the LED lights on the Monitoring device

4. Reach out for Support


If you cannot find any issues with previous steps and device is still not sending data to application - do make a short video of approximately 20 seconds to 30 seconds, where LED lamps are clearly visible and send it back using the Report issue button in the Sentinel apps. Please include a detailed problem description, with all the information you have gathered (such as circumstances under which the device has stopped working, LED light status, etc.).
