If you are seeing correct sensor values, but alerts for corresponding sensors are not pushed to your mobile phone, there are several things to check:
1) Make sure you don't have any pending alerts from this sensors.
To avoid (too) frequent alert notifications, user has to clear the alarm manually before receiving a new alert from the same sensor. Alerts are also auto-cleared after 14 days, so you will be reminded in 14 days if you have accidentally forgotten one. Keep in mind that each user of the boat has to clear his alarms to receive new ones.
2) Make sure that alerts for selected sensor are not disabled. Alert on/off state can be check and adjusted by following the Alert customization guide.
3) Make sure your alert limit value is set according to your needs. Alert limits can be checked and adjusted by following the Alert customization guide.
