When experiencing any kind of issues on the device, the report issue feature in our mobile is appropriate option to give feedback.


Using report issue trough the mobile application, you enable our support team to know more about your system and to better understand the problem.


You can do that by following the bellow procedure:


1. Select the boat and click on "Details"



2. Next you will be presented with the menu of boat information, where you should see "3 dots" icon in upper right corner (see image below).




3. After selecting Report issue, new screen will open with text field where you input description of the issue


Please provide us with the details that are important for your problem to be resolved.



This way you will enable our support team to make full diagnostic of your system and to reply to your email ASAP.
