NOTE When the device is unreachable for remote analysis, then observing and reporting LED patterns can help us with resolving the issue. Follow this guide and use state numbers when reporting.


Routers sold before 2018


Router has 6 LED lights for mobile connection. First LED (Status) is for assessing mobile connection and other 5 LEDs (Signal) are
for signal strength.




Status LED
1 - Changing color RED-ORANGE-GREEN - SIM OK, searching for signal
2 - Blinking RED - SIM card not inserted or registered to EDGE network
3 - Blinking ORANGE - Registered to UMTS network, trying to connect
4 - Blinking GREEN - Registered to LTE network, trying to connect
5 - Steady powered on RED - Connected to internet with EDGE technology
6 - Steady powered on ORANGE - Connected to internet with UMTS technology
7 - Steady powered on GREEN - Connected to internet with LTE technology*


Signal LED
A - OFF - no signal or searching for signal
B - One or more LEDs ON - indicating the available signal strength

When reporting you can just write the state of LED lamps. For example: State is 6B (that would be the state in case of normal
working device connected to UMTS technology).
