NOTE When the device is unreachable for remote analysis, then observing and reporting LED patterns can help us with resolving the issue. Follow this guide and use state numbers when reporting.


Sentinel Fleet Monitor


Track/Navigate LED

1 - Permanently switched ON

2 - Blinking every second

3 - OFF


Status LED

A - Blinking every second

B - Blinking every 2 seconds

C - Blinking fast for a short time

D - Blinking fast constantly

E - OFF



When reporting you can just write the state of LED lamps. For example: State is 2C (that would be the state in case of normal working device).

Track LED

1 - Blinking once every 3 seconds

2 - Blinking twice in a 3 second period

3 - Blinking constantly

4 - OFF


Status LED

A - Blinking once every 3 seconds

B - Blinking twice in a 3 second period

C - Blinking three times in a 3 second period

D - Blinking constantly

E - Blinking once every 20 seconds

F - OFF



When reporting you can just write the state of LED lamps. For example: State is 1A (that would be the state in case of normal working device).
