To extend or enable the boat access, please contact the boat owner (device owner).



You can do that by following the bellow procedure:


1. Select the boat and under the boat's name click on "Details"


2. Next you will be presented with Boat's info menu, where you should select "3 dots" icon in upper right corner and select Report issue (see image below).



3. After selecting Report issue, new screen will open with options:

    - report issue on the device (Boat Monitor issue)

    - Message to boat owner

    - input field for describing the problem 


Please select "Message to boat owner" and describe the problem for example: Please, can you enable or extend my Guest access.
