Our devices work with normal mobile network and not with satellite network, so usually devices work approximately 20 miles from the nearest land (with a presumption that the nearest land has mobile base station and consequently mobile coverage). When device looses network coverage the data is stored and uploaded when mobile network connection is restored.
If for some reason the normal operation is not restored (and position of the boat is not visible), even dough the boat is located in the area where the mobile network coverage is confirmed to be normal, please report.
